FLAMINGOLAND CARAVAN OWNERS:
Q Is there a limit to the number of times I can update my listing?
A No, you can update your listing as often as you like, you are however required to keep your listing up to date and accurate at all times.
Q What is the difference between a Regular listing and a Featured listing?
A Featured listings appear in the top section of the homepage, above the Regular listing. Featured listings also shuffle with each page reload, allowing every listing to occupy the top position. Other than this, there is no difference, all listing benefit from our feature packed site.
Q Should I ever need help with adding/updating my listing will there be an additional charge?
A No, I am more than happy to help at any time, no extra charge.
Q Do you take bookings on behalf of owners?
A No, Flamingoland Rentals is an advertising portal, we are not a booking/letting agents.
Q When it comes to paying for my advert, what methods of payment do you accept?
A Payments are taken via PayPal, you can either pay via your existing PayPal account or use your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay via cheque please contact us for details.
Q Are you associated with Flamingo land Theme Park and Zoo?
A No, Flamingoland Rentals is a privately owned web site.
Q I provide a service that I believe will be of interest to other Flamingoland caravan owners, can I advertise it on your site?
A Whilst you cannot advertise it on your listings page, should we feel that your service will be of interest to other owners on the site then we will be happy to create you a page on the site dedicated purely to the service you provide. Contact us for details and pricing.
Q I have more than one caravan can I add them all to a single listing?
A No, you are required to pay per listing. We also do not permit any form of commercial advertising, i.e. taking bookings for caravans not advertised on Flamingoland Rentals. Anyone found doing so will be removed from the site immediately without refund.

Q Do you personally own any of the caravans listed on your site?
A No, I am simply the owner and designer of Flamingoland Rentals.
Q What is the quickest way to search for a caravan?
A The quickest and easiest way is to use the search function at the very top of the homepage, this allows you to select the park area and number of bedrooms and will show you all the caravans that match your criteria.
Q Do Flamingoland Rentals offer me any guarantees when bookings a caravan advertised on your site?
A When you make an enquiry or booking you do so directly with the caravan owner, Flamingoland Rentals plays no part in this process, therefore we cannot and do not offer any guarantees. All owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings at all times. If you have reason to believe that a listing is inaccurate or misleading please contact us and we will look into it and if need be take appropriate action.
Q Can I contact all/multiple owners in one go?
A No, this would make it extremely easy for spammers/spambots to bombard our members with huge amounts of spam. The form to email method makes it much more secure for our members.
