Your Details
When registering with Flamingoland Rentals you can do so with complete and utter confidence, knowing that we will never pass on or sell any of your personal details to any third party.
In addition to your name, the only information displayed to visitors is the information you choose to display when adding your listing.
By default your phone number will be displayed, however, if you would prefer to omit this please let us know.

Payments
All are non-refundable. We know that some owners have secured a booking within a matter of hours of listing with us, therefore no refunds will be given.
Renewal Payments:
Updated - Please make a note of your initial payment date in your diary/mobile, as renewal payments are due on a 12 month basis. It is the responsiblity of all owner to make payment on the renewal date each year. To renew your listing you simply need to login to your account and make payment.
Listing Details
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their entire listing and photos, and are required to keep their listing up to date at all times.
Photos
When adding photos, you are stating that you own copyright to these photos.
Commercial Advertising
Taking bookings via Flamingoland Rentals for any caravans not listed with Flamingoland Rentals, is strictly prohibited. Should we discover this to be the case, your caravan will be removed from our site immediately without refund. If you have multiple caravans for hire, please select the relevant package or contact us for a custom package price. Each listing must contain details of a single caravan. If you have reason to believe that anyone is misusing our site (i.e. as a form of commercial advertising) please let us know immediately so we can look into this.
Listing Type
There is an additional and separate fee to advertise your caravan for sale. Therefore unless you have paid the additional fee to list your caravan for sale you are not permitted to edit your listing to change it's status from for hire to for sale. Any listings found to have done this without prior payment will be put back to caravans for hire and have their listing amended.
Email Address
Whilst we do not prohibit owners from displaying their email address, we would much prefer if you didn't. Each listing has it's own contact form. The reason we prefer owners not to add their email address is that visitors may not always inform you of where they saw your caravan, the contact form, however, is configured to state that the enquiry came from Flamingoland Rentals, this shows you that our site is working for you. Where email addresses are added we reserve the right to add a subject line.
Listing Appearance
We also reserve the right to edit listings in order to achieve a more uniformed look throughout the site. We will also add the following text " When calling please mention that you seen our caravan on Flamingoland Rentals, this MUST remain on your page at all times, as it is there to help you monitor where your enquiries are coming from. Of course not everyone will remember to mention it, but hopefully, most will.
When adding/updating your listing please refrain from using bright and varied colours and all capitals etc. This affects the overall appearance of the site and creates unnecessary work to make it uniform again.
A uniform site is obviously more appealing to visitors. Also please keep your Listing Title short and to the point i.e Flamingoland Caravan - Caravan Number or Park Area - Caravan Number, please do not use this field to describe your caravan or enter availability, additional information such as this should be entered in the Description field.
All listings will be checked on a regular basis and any minor errors i.e. spelling/outdated dates will be corrected.
Listing Renewal
When your listing is due for renewal we will notify you via email, should you fail to respond or make payment within two weeks, we will assume you do not wish to renew your listing and will remove it. Reinstating a listing after it has been removed may incur a fee.
Contacting Owners
Contacting any of the owners on our site (or ourselves) with the purpose of commercial advertising is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility And Liability
Flamingoland Rentals is a privately owned web site allowing owners to advertise their caravans for hire (or for sale), we do not personally own any of the caravans, therefore we will not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy of any listing. Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, at all times. Also as we are not a booking agent, we will not be held responsible or liable for any bookings made.
