Our Willerby Sierra comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 1 double en suite and 2 twin. All bedrooms are fitted with TV's with built in DVD.
Situated on the very popular Willow Grove which is only a 5 minute walk from all the amenities including the Theme Park, Zoo, Evening Entertainment, Swimming Pool, Golf Course etc.
It is newly purchased with all new equipment and furnishings including carpets, mattresses, kitchen equipment etc.
The caravan has a modern kitchen with a full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, slow cooker and utensils. It is also central hated and double glazed.
The lounge area has ample seating with TV, DVD and Freeview.
In the bathroom you can find a power shower with full size cubicle with separate WC.
Outside there is a veranda which surrounds the caravan and has the sun all day, flagged drive for parking, and garden furniture.
Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own linen.
A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided for your safety.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.
Theme park passes are not included in the price and will need to be purchased on arrival at Flamingo Land reception.
Short breaks are available depending on availability.
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
Sorry but we do not take single sex parties.
As we also use the caravan it is cleaned to our own high standards.
We think that you'll find our prices very competitive.
A £100 non refundable deposit secures all stays.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival which includes a £100 bond which is refundable after the caravan has been inspected and no damage is found.
